About N.Wayne Harwell

Wayne Harwell, President of Harwell Holding Co., LTD. & Affiliates has extensive experience in the real estate markets of Central Texas, with special emphasis on properties requiring approvals and entitlements.

Mr. Harwell has served as the President of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, is a life Director of the National Association of Home Builders, is a past Director of the Texas Association of Builders, as well as a former member of the State of Texas Joint Interim Legislative Committee on Affordable Housing. He is also a former Planning commissioner for the City of San Antonio. Mr. Harwell was previously inducted as the 1995 Builder of the Year and 2001 Builder of the Year in San Antonio.

Mr. Harwell owns 100% of the stock in Harwell Co., Ltd. The corporation has served as owner and managing joint venture partner to several mixed use developments which have been regionally syndicated. Through these various joint ventures, the corporation has controlled, owned or managed several projects with diverse land uses. Activities have include selling single family lots, retail, multifamily, mini storage projects, commercial properties associated with single family projects, industrial properties, manufacturing sites, and mixed use development sites.
